What You'll Do

• Support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with empathy and professionalism
• Troubleshoot technical and service issues (full training provided!)
• Keep accurate records and help improve the customer experience
• Collaborate with a young, dynamic, and multicultural team

What We're Looking For

• Dutch at C2 level and English at B2 or above
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
• No prior experience required we will train you!
• Must reside in Greece or be willing to relocate (remote work only from Greece)
