Wat ga je doen?

Als Scooter Service Agent (SSA) ben je actief in Zuid-Holland (Den Haag, Delft en Rotterdam) en zorg je ervoor dat onze e-voertuigen altijd klaar zijn voor gebruik. Je wisselt lege accu’s van scooters en fietsen om voor volle exemplaren en geeft de voertuigen de juiste verzorging, zodat ze er representatief en netjes uitzien voor onze gebruikers.

Als Team Lead SSA combineer je het swappen van batterijen met een coördinerende rol. Je zorgt ervoor dat het SSA-team hun werk goed en efficiënt kan uitvoeren. Denk hierbij aan het organiseren en netjes houden van de hub, het op orde houden van de voorraad en ervoor zorgen dat de swapbussen er piekfijn uitzien. Je signaleert mogelijke problemen op tijd en handelt proactief. Daarnaast train en ondersteun je het team in hun werkzaamheden.

Je werkt nauw samen met je manager om ambities waar te maken en hindernissen te tackelen om zo de operationele werkzaamheden zo soepel mogelijk te laten verlopen.

Wij zouden het gaaf vinden als je…

• beschikbaar bent voor 32 tot 40 uur per week
• meer dan 3 jaar in het bezit bent van een Nederlands/EU autorijbewijs (Klasse B), én meer dan 300 uur rijervaring hebt met een bestelbus
• handig bent met kleine reparaties en klusjes
• zelfstandig, proactief en ondernemend bent
• in Den Haag e.o. woont

Het is een pre als je verstand hebt van auto’s en scooters.

What will you be doing?

As a Scooter Service Agent (SSA), you’ll be active throughout South Holland (The Hague, Delft, and Rotterdam), making sure our electric vehicles are always ready to go. You’ll swap empty batteries from scooters and bikes with fully charged ones and give the vehicles the care they need so they always look clean, presentable, and ready for our users.

As a Team Lead SSA, you’ll combine battery swapping with a coordinating role. You’ll ensure that the SSA team can carry out their work efficiently and effectively. This includes organizing and keeping the hub tidy, managing stock levels, and making sure the swap vans are in top condition. You’ll spot potential issues early and act proactively. On top of that, you’ll train and support the team in their daily tasks.

You’ll work closely with your manager to turn ambitions into reality and overcome challenges — all to keep daily operations running as smoothly as possible.

We’d love to work with you if you…

• are available to work 32 to 40 hours per week
• have held a Dutch/EU driving license (Class B) for over 3 years, and have over 300 hours of experience driving a van
• are handy with small repairs and practical tasks
• are independent, proactive, and take initiative
• live in or near The Hague

Bonus points if you have knowledge of cars or scooters.
