At Monday Merch, we’re expanding our horizons by launching our outbound sales efforts. As an Outbound Sales - Merch Ambassador, you’ll proactively seek new client opportunities—using cutting-edge tools like lemlist, LinkedIn Navigator, and other AI-powered platforms—to introduce our frictionless merch solutions to leading companies (e.g. giants like ASML!).


What you’ll do:

  • Prospect Proactively: Identify and engage potential B2B clients through targeted outreach, cold calling, and strategic use of digital tools.

  • Leverage Modern Tools: Utilize lemlist, LinkedIn Navigator, and AI solutions to research and connect with decision-makers.

  • Create Opportunities: Initiate contact via phone, email, and social media, and follow up by sending sample packs to pique interest.

  • Network & Represent: Attend industry events and networking functions to represent Monday Merch and generate leads.

  • Collaborate: Work closely with our founders, growth and sales team to refine our outbound strategy and optimize your outreach.

  • Track Success: Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., outreach volume, opportunity value conversion rates, signed contracts) to continuously improve your performance.

Job requirements

Job Requirements:

  • You advise potential customers enthusiastically and helpfully over the phone and by email.

  • You work in a structured manner (very important).

  • You bring an analytical way of thinking and working at a university level—your field of study is of secondary importance.

  • Relevant (cold) sales experience

  • You speak fluent English, other main language is a pre (Dutch, German)

  • You can work from our office in Rotterdam or Cologne
