As an Onsite IT Support Engineer, you will provide on-site technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and operating system problems.
You will work independently or in a team
Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot end-user workspace hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video and conferencing equipment
You analyze errors, maintain hardware, install/remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD) and manage user accounts via Active Directory
Implementation of software and operating systems using SCCM or other implementation technologies
You record your approach and solution to problems in a ticket system

Requirements
Experience with onsite support and ticketing system (2 years)
Familiar with Windows OS, Mac OS and various software applications
Managed Print Service (MPS) / Configure mobile phones (Apple and Android) (MS Intune) / MS Office 365
