IT Infrastructure Analyst

Key Accountabilities:

Ensure:

1. Responsibility of the IT infrastructure, security and governance and cooperation with different departments and external service providers
2. Uses knowledge to document and optimize service delivery workflows to enhance quality, and reduce the cost of services
3. An effective and efficient IT infrastructure including all support levels
4. That all the IT infrastructure and security KPIs in Europe and Asia be achieved
5. That all the IT Infrastructure and Security initiatives/projects be aligned with the Europe and Asia business needs 

Carry out:

1. Facilitate delivery of Braskem Europe specific services, e.g. Mobility Portal, Field Service Knowledgebase, IT Services Portal, etc.
2. Diagnosing and solving problems in complex computer systems
3. Interact with all Braskem global vendors daily to meet Service Level Agreements and Objectives including, field services, ServiceDesk, Network Operations, Telecommunications, Collaboration
4. Find and fix problems in large computer networks, such as network communications errors, storage problems, and malfunctioning server platforms
5. Facilitate day to day IT Service Delivery to Braskem Europe through daily operational and project coordination meetings.
6. Acts as project manager for delivery of local projects in Europe and Asia
7. Collects and prepares data and reports for budget and KPI reporting 

Interfaces:

• Global IT team in Brazil
• Automation Team in Europe
• External IT provider
• Local European Network Providers

Reporting Functions:

• Lead the Braskem Europe and Asia local contractors for Field Services

Technical / Management Knowledge 

• Minimum bachelor’s degree – Business or IT related or comparable qualification
• 8-10 years’ work-related experience
• Experience in infrastructure architecture, data centers, servers, and networks
• Knowledge and skill set to install, configure, maintain and support networks
• Knowledge and skill set to define KPIs to measure the performance of the IT infrastructure and support 
• Experience with MS SharePoint desirable
• Experience in Industrial IT related support and project is desirable
• Experience in IT Infrastructure in Manufacturing businesses is desirable 
• Project Management experience
• Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) or other quality process methodology (i.e. Six Sigma); ideally a certification in one of the following: ITIL, CCNA, Scrum
• Proficiency level in English and Portuguese (must)
• High Drive for Quality and Results
• Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills
