HR Advisor

How you will contribute

As an HR Advisor, you will:

• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies.
• Apply internal policies and labor law correctly, execute personnel changes, manage absence cases, and resolve HR-related queries.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees and line managers on a wide range of HR-related topics, providing accurate guidance, coaching, and support in line with company policies and local legislation.
• Coordinate and support on key HR processes such as onboarding, absence management, performance management, annual salary and performance review cycles, and our graduate program.
• Ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Provide analytical support and actionable insights to the HR Director NL and VP HR WE on cross-country and cluster-wide initiatives.

• Contribute to strategic HR projects by delivering data, trends, and recommendations that support decision-making.

   

What you will bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
• 2-5 years of experience in an all-round HR Operations/Advisor role.
• Demonstrated experience in applying internal policies, labor law, and managing employee absence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive and agile approach.
• Fluent in English (and preferably Dutch), both written and verbal.
