We operate as a centralised, global federation of small and medium-sized companies, supported by Hunter Douglas EMEA, which has developed several IT systems to assist our European businesses in selling and producing make-to-measure window coverings for dealers, resellers, and consumers.
Position overview
You will serve as the Product Owner for ‘Dealer Connect’, a strategic product supporting dealers in the sales and purchasing process of custom Hunter Douglas window coverings. This role sits within our IT organization, reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain IT for EMEA. This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.
Team & Product Context
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team of approximately 15 members, including an Architect, Scrum Master, QA, and Developers.
- The team is partly based in Rotterdam with near-shore support within Europe.
- Dealer Connect is a critical B2B platform, directly impacting dealer success and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Dealer Connect product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
- Lead the development team to deliver valuable, timely, and technically sound solutions.
- Align priorities across teams and manage cross-functional dependencies.
- Maintain productive relationships with stakeholders from various divisions, HD companies, and dealers.
- Ensure alignment with business goals, technology strategy, and user needs.
- Drive roadmap planning, budget awareness, and feature delivery.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role within an agile development environment.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage backlogs, and align with business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with technologies such as MS Azure, C#, SQL Server, Angular, and an understanding of AI-based solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
