As we accelerate toward our next phase of growth with the AI wave, we're looking for a bold, data-driven, and customer-obsessed Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead our global commercial engine and unlock the next wave of revenue growth.
This CGO role is arguably one of the most strategic commercial leadership opportunities in European B2B SaaS today: at the forefront of AI-driven hiring, recurring platform revenue, and embedded distribution. It’s rare to find a company with a proven product, strategic partnerships, deep ecosystem integrations, and a performance-based model ready to scale. You’ll lead our go-to-market strategy across Direct Sales, Indirect Channels, Strategic Partnerships, Customer Experience, and Marketing, while working hand-in-hand with Product and the CEO to evolve VONQ into a truly platform-led, performance-based growth company.
